SupremeSeva.org is an online technology platform providing marketing, PR, communication and media services with digital technology tools which can be utilized by organizations, NGOs, corporates, users/ supporters, contributors, campaigners and persons visiting/ using the Supreme Seva website for social development programs and social causes to reach a wide base of people, organizations and causes.

SupremeSeva.org provides an online free platform that can be utilized by users/ supporters, contributors to contribute to campaigns/ causes with full understanding and without anyone luring them into giving a contribution/ donation. Also, users/ supporters, contributors, campaigners and persons visiting/ using the Supreme Seva website understand and agree that they are willingly contributing to the campaign/ cause. Users/ supporters, contributors, campaigners and persons visiting/ using the Supreme Seva website understand and acknowledge that their donations/ contributions will not be treated as an investment and will not give them any returns/ dividends/ interest whatsoever in cash/ rewards or in kind. The users/ supporters, contributors, campaigners and persons visiting/ using the Supreme Seva website is aware that their contribution/ donation stems from their wish to give back to the society and helping people from weaker sections from a welfare motive (seva bhav).

Use of this site is provided by SupremeSeva.org (henceforth referred to as (SupremeSeva.org) subject to the following of the Terms and conditions as given below.

Your use and access to the website constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as at the date of your first use of the website.

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes, and in a manner, which does not infringe the rights, or restrict, or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the website by any third party.

Supreme Seva reserves the rights to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting changes online. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions as modified automatically. Materials in the website may be copied for personal use only on the condition that all copyright notices and source indications are also reproduced, no modifications are made and each relevant item is copied in its entirety. Some materials that have been outsourced have been published on the website with all the necessary permissions from the relevant copyright owners (who are not part of Supreme Seva). These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian Courts.

If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted in full, the use of the website must be terminated immediately.

Accepting 'Terms and Conditions' means an implicit acceptance of our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy

Supreme Seva is only providing a platform for communication and it is agreed that the transactions whether gratuitous or otherwise shall always be bipartite between the Donor / Contributor and the Campaigner.

Supreme Seva cannot and does not verify specific data provided by Campaigner. Therefore, Supreme Seva shall not in any manner be responsible or held accountable for any transaction between the users and the campaign.

Any legal dispute will be settled as per the Mumbai jurisdiction only.

Supreme Seva may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.

REFUND POLICY:

Please note, a refund will only be processed if it is requested by the donor within 96 hours of making the transaction/ donation. 
If a supporter or donor has given the wrong amount or higher amount for a campaign/s then they will definitely get a refund on the amount they have donated.
A payment or a donation has been identified to have been initiated via a stolen or unauthorized debit or credit card not belonging to the donor and he/she wishes to claim a refund.
All refunds are credited to the original payment method in 5 - 7 working days.
Additionally, the refund amount will be processed only after deducting the payment gateway charges as per the charges levied by the payment gateway platform.
