Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY:
Please note, a refund will only be processed if it is requested by the donor within 96 hours of making the transaction/ donation. 
If a supporter or donor has given the wrong amount or higher amount for a campaign/s then they will definitely get a refund on the amount they have donated.
A payment or a donation has been identified to have been initiated via a stolen or unauthorized debit or credit card not belonging to the donor and he/she wishes to claim a refund.
All refunds are credited to the original payment method in 5 - 7 working days.
Additionally, the refund amount will be processed only after deducting the payment gateway charges as per the charges levied by the payment gateway platform.
